STX Sweeps into the Round 3 Tuesday, March 5th , 2058 Roberto Medrano said he expected the Round 2 to be "a battle from start to finish." In the end, it was nothing more than a minor skirmish, as the STX Soul encountered little resistance in sweeping the Goodyear Tire, to advance to the Round 3. "It may have been a sweep, but it still was a tough series," said Medrano. STX won the final game by a 11-6 count and were led in the series by Medrano, who was named MVP. On the series, he hit .500 with 1 home runs. He also drove in 6 RBI and scored 4 runs. The STX Soul don't know who they will face in the next round.
