Red-Hot Broadus Scorches Engines Tuesday, February 26th , 2058 5 hits in 6 at-bats. It doesn't happen every day, and when it does, it's exciting. Today Chris Broadus of the Intelligrated Tigers had a sensational game against Allis-Chalmers at Outlaws Ballpark. He rifled base hits all over the ballpark in his team's 17-2 shellacking of the Engines. In the postgame press conference, he joked that he was going to take the rest of the week off. "I did all my hitting in one day -- what else do they want from me?" he said with a laugh. Chris Broadus singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Francisco Pérez in the 8th.
