Oilers Heading to Round 2 Tuesday, February 26th , 2058 All playoffs end with joy on one side and despair on the other. Today, the Exxon Oilers are the ones feeling overwhelmed with excitement, and the Lockheed Wings are the ones thinking about what they could have done differently. The Oilers took a 7-6 victory at Newark HS Grounds today, which gave Exxon a 4-2 series win. With the win, Exxon will advance to play in the Round 2. "We aren't ready to go home yet," said Oilers left fielder Nikolaus Buser, who was named series MVP. The Exxon Oilers will play against the Texaco Stars in the next round.
