Dr. Pepper Season Won't Continue in Playoffs Wednesday, February 13th , 2058 The Dr. Pepper Surg were mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. Andy Cox of the Surg said it's a tough way to finish out the season. "To be eliminated from playoff contention in the last few games, it's not easy," he said. Dr. Pepper last appeared in the postseason in 2052. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 20 times in their 24-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Surg have only made the playoffs once. |
