Exxon's Reyne Will Miss Season Sunday, January 20th , 2058 Cristián Reyne is doubtful to make the playoffs this year, according to sources within the Exxon organization. Although the injury was initially thought to be not serious, tests have revealed the player will be out up to 4 months with a bone spur in his elbow. The 14-year-old reliever suffered the injury throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Barclays Eagles. This year Reyne is 2-and-0 with no saves and a 1.59 ERA. He has given up 15 hits in 17 innings with 23 strikeouts. |
