Pegasus Heading to Round 3 Friday, March 9th , 2057 Mobil Pegasus won a nail-biting series against the Lockheed Wings 4-3, wrapping up the Round 2 finale 8-3 at Courageous Stadium. Pegasus second baseman José Medrano was named the series MVP. He batted .345, drove in 6 runs and scored 8 to lead Mobil into the next round of play. "José was real solid for us, real solid," said Pegasus manager Altay Erol. "I normally say I'd like to have nine of him out there, but thankfully we got by with just one this time." The Mobil Pegasus will play against the Pillsbury Doughboys in the next round. Pillsbury won their series against the Adobe Acrobats 4 games to 0.
