5-Hit Blitz by POS Portal's Ramírez Saturday, January 6th , 2057 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Luis Ramírez today -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at Loons Ballpark and paced the Machines to a 8-4 win over the SimCity Simulators. After his dynamite batting performance, the POS Portal right fielder told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 5 tries and put his name in the record book. Luis Ramírez singled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and walked in the 9th.
