Dows Advance to Round 2 Thursday, February 25th , 2055 By a score of 5-3, the Union Carbide Dows have sealed a victory in the Round 1 over the Harley Davidson Rebels. "We knew we would be in for a tough series and that's what we got," said center fielder Garry Norwood of the Dows, who was named the series MVP. "The Rebels knew how to battle and gave us a good test." The next test for Union Carbide will come in the Round 2, after winning this series 4-2. The Union Carbide Dows don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the A2O Contracting - Bumblebee Tuna series. Bumblebee leads the series 3 games to 2.
