The 20-year-old right fielder went a remarkable 5-for-5 at the plate. "I saw the ball well and could just about hit it anywhere I wanted," he recalled later. However, his sensational day wasn't enough for the Chevron Gold, who were topped by the Budweisers, 14-6. "It's a good lesson for him, I guess," Gold manager Ángel Torres said. "Sometimes Casimiro is going to lose. But I would rather him go 5-for-5 and lose than go 0-for-5 and lose."
