Seif bin Umar Hurt, Out for Year Friday, February 1st , 2058 The season is finished for Seif bin Umar of the U.S. Air Force Falcons. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Falcons reliever suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Kellogg Tigers. Team doctors said it would take at least 8 months to heal. For the year bin Umar has 11 relief appearances and a 0-0 record with no saves. He has logged 20.2 innings and allowed 28 base hits.
