Kellogg Moves on to Round 2 Tuesday, March 6th , 2057 The Kellogg Tigers took time to celebrate with the Kellogg fans who stuck around after the game, following the team's Round 1 triumph over the Kodak Snappers. Members of the Tigers hung around chatting, high-fiving and taking pictures with the Kellogg fans in attendance at Marksmen Ballpark, long after the last pitch had been thrown in their 4-3 win to seal the series 4-1. "We've got great fan support," said left fielder Joe Roy. "Whether we're at home or on the road, the fans support us. So we wanted to show them how important that is to us. Some Kodak fans that were there even congratulated us on the win." For the series, Roy hit .316 with a .409 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, 4 RBI and scored 3 runs. Things weren't so cordial on the Snappers side of things. Their clubhouse was closed to media after the game and all players and coaches quickly dressed and left the stadium after the end to their season. The Kellogg Tigers will play against the Aflac Ducks in the next round. Aflac won their series against the Google Searchers 4 games to 1. The Round 2 is scheduled to begin on March 10th , 2057.
