Falcons Halt Shed's Hit Streak Tuesday, February 13th , 2057 Miller Shed of the Gillette Razors came up empty at the plate today and went hitless in 4 at-bats for the first time in 20 games. Making matters even worse for the second baseman, Gillette dropped the game to the U.S. Air Force Falcons 4-0. "It was not a good day today," Shed told the press in postgame comments. "We lost the game and the streak is over." This year Shed is batting .407 with 61 hits, 1 home run, 16 RBIs, 19 walks, .471 OBP and has scored 29 runs. |
