Season Ends for Ricardo Simmons of Toronto Tuesday, January 23rd , 2052
The season is apparently over for Ricardo Simmons. The Toronto Icehawks medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 9-10 months with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. Simmons was hurt in the game against Chevrolet while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season.
In 5 starts this season Simmons has crafted a 0-2 record with a 3.33 ERA.
