Top Pitcher Award Announced by FL Monday, September 23rd , 2058 The Frontier League announced today that Lawrence Forest has been chosen the Leonard Puckett Pitcher Award winner for 2058. The Traverse City starter had everything working for him this past season as he breezed to a 8-0 record. In his award-winning season Forest crafted a 1.18 ERA in 76 innings with 48 strikeouts and 8 walks. Opposing batters hit .191 against him in his 12 starts. He received 32 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Lenya Nikushkin of the Albany Atoms finished second in voting, while Seth Weller of the Albany Atoms finished third.
