Flores Hurls 2-0 Masterpiece Wednesday, August 21st , 2058 In an outstanding outing, Alamogordo Road Runners starter José Flores tamed the Roswell Aliens with a 3-hit shutout at The Kingdom of Nye today. The Alamogordo hurler went the distance, finishing with 7 strikeouts and no walks in the 2-0 win. "He had a lot of first-pitch strikes and kept us off balance with a lot of off-speed stuff," according to Roswell manager Randy Beans. "We just didn't get too many balls squared up today."
