Lunkers Dominate, Sweep Round 1 Wednesday, August 21st , 2058 After their 5-4 win today at Ballpark of Airdrie over the Monclova Aqua Sox, the Chestermere Lunkers will advance to the Round 2. Chestermere won the series by a 4-0 margin. Leading the way for the Lunkers was second baseman Bülent Kazaz, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus." The Chestermere Lunkers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Roswell Aliens - Alamogordo Road Runners series. Alamogordo leads the series 2 games to 1. The Round 2 is scheduled to begin on August 26th , 2058.
