Shiller Hurls Aqua Sox to Shutout Victory Wednesday, July 24th , 2058 The Monclova Aqua Sox did little to support starter Tolya Shiller against the Lynchburg Whiskeyjacks, but it turned out he didn't need the help. The right-hander spun a complete game shutout against the Whiskeyjacks, striking out 8 and surrendering 6 hits. The performance from Shiller allowed Monclova to escape with the 1-0 win despite an anemic offense. "Nobody came to me and said 'Tolya, we're gonna need you to win this one for us today,' but I could feel it," Shiller told BNN reporters following the win.
