Schilling Brilliant, Blanks Kodiaks Wednesday, July 17th , 2058 Tim Schilling of the Traverse City Talons overwhelmed the Kingston Kodiaks and walked off the mound with a complete-game shutout. He blanked them 16-0 on 2 hits with a total of 7 strikeouts and no walks. "Tim was on quite a roll," Traverse City manager Mike Sullivan said. "He gets great late movement and he doesn't give in to the hitters." Thus far this season, Schilling has worked 48.1 innings with 44 strikeouts en route to a 5-0 record and a 2.23 ERA.
