Vásquez Sticks It to HL Pitchers Monday, July 8th , 2058 The Elkins Buzzards received word today that second baseman Pablo Vásquez was selected Horizon League Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Vásquez took full advantage of all 25 plate appearances last week as he hit .500 with 11 hits, 1 home run, 2 RBIs and 7 runs scored. So far this season Vásquez has hit .413 with 1 home run, 10 RBIs and scored 24 times. |
