Steedman Gone for Season in Elkins Tuesday, July 2nd , 2058 A blow for Anthony Steedman today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 10 months with a torn labrum. Steedman suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Elkins Buzzards are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Steedman's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. For the season Steedman has compiled a 1-2 record with a 5.56 ERA. |
