Butchers Prevail, as Interior Series Goes to the Wire Friday, September 6th , 2058 It took a while, but the St. Joseph Butchers finally disposed of the Duluth Dragons 3-1 in the series clincher at Louis Sheffield Memorial Grounds. Winning the finale gave the Butchers the series, 2-1. They will now advance to the Series of Accountability. The Most Valuable Player Award went to St. Joseph second baseman Esteban Flores. He batted .500 in the series, collecting 2 RBIs and scoring 3 runs. The St. Joseph Butchers will play against the Anderson Joes in the next round.
