No Late-Season Magic Coming: Bismarck Out of Playoffs Saturday, August 31st , 2058 It will be a long offseason for the Bismarck Churchills organization. The team came close, but have ultimately failed to make this year's playoffs. "Making the playoffs has to be our ultimate goal," said manager Al Compton. "We'll use the offseason to see what changes can get us there." Before this season, the Churchills last missed the playoffs in 2052. In the 64 years they have been a Warren Cox League franchise, they have made the playoffs 37 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Churchills have only missed the playoffs once. Bismarck last won the The Final Judgement in 2043. |
