Daniels Deals Big Eyed Fish 1-0 Shutout Friday, July 19th , 2058 Ken Daniels hurled a fine game for the Trenton Generals at Bass Pro Shop Field today, holding the Burlington Big Eyed Fish to 7 hits in a shutout win. "When he started out, his command wasn't that good, but he's a tough guy," Trenton manager Javaid Bhutani said. "The more pitches he throws, the better his command is." The right-hander had 5 strikeouts and 3 walks in the 1-0 victory. "An outstanding job," Burlington manager Shawn Barrón said. "We couldn't get anything going. Every time we got a hit, he got out of the jam. He pitched a terrific game." To this point in the season Daniels has no saves in no relief appearances with a 10-2 record and 3.63 ERA.
