Soukup Hurls Santa Cruz to Shutout Win Monday, July 15th , 2058 Larry Soukup was dynamite at Jiggs Parsons Park today, blowing away the Parker PIlots in a shutout victory. The Santa Cruz Spartans starter had everything working as he held the PIlots to 4 hits in the 4-0 win. "He was pure nasty out there today," said Parker skipper José Olivarez. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing." Soukup finished the game with 5 strikeouts and 1 walk.
