Gosse 5-for-6 Against Fire Friday, July 5th , 2058 No matter what the Louisville Fire threw at him today, Henry Gosse hit it. He easily handled Fire pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Moops to a 11-5 triumph at The Firehouse at Waterfront Park. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Gosse's quip, Fire skipper Lynn McDonald said he "would take him up on that next time." Henry Gosse singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Michael Alexander in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
