Patriot Pandas Geng Gone for Year Thursday, June 13th , 2058 A blow for Young-lau Geng today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 6-7 months with a torn posterior cruciate ligament. Geng suffered the injury running the bases. Although officials from the Columbus Patriot Pandas are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Geng's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. Thus far in 2058 Geng is hitting .231 with 2 home runs, 7 RBIs, 11 runs scored and has compiled a .302 OBP. |
