Wilmington Season Won't Continue in Playoffs Monday, August 26th , 2058 The efforts of the Wilmington Fighting Swedes weren't consistent enough this season to have any real shot at making the playoffs. And now they have been officially and mathematically eliminated from the postseason chase. This is the club's 15th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2043. In total, the Fighting Swedes have missed the playoffs 51 times in their 64-year history. |
