Salcido's Condition Worse, Suffers Another Setback Thursday, August 15th , 2058 New Jersey Devils starting pitcher Pancho Salcido is not healing as well as expected as he recovers from a strained oblique and will miss an additional 5 days as a result. Salcido had been working with the team medical staff, but was taken to a specialist as a precaution. Examination revealed more damage than originally thought. For the year Salcido has a 3-4 record with a 4.29 ERA in 16 starts. |
