Fuentes Shuts Out Inferno Friday, August 9th , 2058 Héctor Fuentes kept the Tucson Inferno hitters from doing any damage at RandiDome today. Tucson could only muster 2 hits and take 1 walk against the left-handed Fuentes, who controlled them throughout the game as Salt Lake City took the contest, 2-0. Fuentes added 6 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Fuentes told reporters after the shutout win. "But whatever it was, I hope it happens again next time." So far this season, Fuentes has logged a 3-7 record with a 5.32 ERA.
