Playoffs Won't Happen for Wolves Saturday, September 16th , 2051 Only the most die-hard fans thought the Madison Wolves still had any chance at making the playoffs this season, but now even those hopes are dashed. The team was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2049.In total, the Wolves have missed the playoffs 35 times in their 57-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Wolves have only made the playoffs once. Madison last won the Monty Brewster Memorial Series in 2009. |
