Spuds Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Sunday, September 8th , 2047 Félix Román said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Boise Spuds after they missed the Brewster Baseball Association playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2045.In total, the Spuds have missed the playoffs 10 times in their 13-year history. |
