Small Twirls No-Hitter Against Jacksonville Friday, July 19th , 2047 Charm City Jimmies starter Dan Small was unhittable today at OLD BAY Park at Camden Yards. Small beat the Jacksonville Hurricanes 5-0, breezing through the Hurricanes lineup en route to a no-hitter. "I thought Dan started off a little slow and was struggling with his command at first," Jimmies manager Ricky Gibson said later. "He lucked his way through the early innings, and they helped him out by not being patient. Eventually, it all came together for him, and from there on the Hurricanes never had a chance. He dominated them." Small struck out 7 batters and issued 2 walks in the performance. So far this season, Small has logged a 7-2 record with a 1.33 ERA.
