Nashville Bluebirds's right fielder, William Wood, may not be with the Nashville Bluebirds this time next week. But team officials were unconcerned when approached by reporters about the news. An anonymous team official said, "Look, this type of thing is a transactional issue. Sometimes a player like William is put on waivers this time of year, it's nothing personal and it is nothing final. We are just moving pieces around at this point." While that may be true, William Wood likely feels a little less loyal to the Nashville Bluebirds than he felt yesterday. |   |
