| Rowdy Players Suspended by League Monday, May 25th, 2043 Mario Guerrer of the Nashville Bluebirds and Thomas Rodríguez of the Omaha Cyclones received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 5 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Les Paul Field.
So far this season, Guerrer has recorded a .238 batting average with 39 hits, 7 home runs, 19 RBIs, 16 runs scored and a .288 OBP.
This season Rodríguez has crafted a 1-2 mark with a 4.28 ERA in 40 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .233 against him and he has 28 strikeouts. | |
