Twin Cities beat Omaha at Land O' Lakes Ballpark, eking out a 5-4 win. The win was due in large part to third baseman Félix Ramos. He was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 doubles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Jerry Stone earned the win for Twin Cities. He lasted 6 innings, allowing 4 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 4. With the win, he raised his record to 10-7. Luis González closed the door for Twin Cities, picking up his 14th save of the year.

Ramos had a big at-bat with a runner on 2nd in the bottom of the second inning, when he hit a run-scoring double. The River Monsters went on to win.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Omaha manager Julián Negrete.

The loss makes Omaha 66-61.
