The Suva Desperados shortstop tore up the Sydney Devil Bears to the tune of 5 hits in 7 at-bats at Ashdod HS Fields. The offensive onslaught from Whitney powered the 9-8 Desperados win.

"Whitney was a tough out," Sydney manager Nick Robinson said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."
