For the home crowd, it was a thrilling walk-off win.

The Charlotte Flyers got a superb performance from left fielder Tadataka Yoshikawa, but the Mexico City Aztecs still won the game, 7-4. Yoshikawa was 2 for 2 with a home run and 3 walks. He scored 2 times. John Avery got credit for the win, improving to 3-0. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings.

Ewan Allman was the walk-off hero for Mexico City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Aztecs shortstop hit a dramatic 3-run home run to send the teams home.

"This place was jumping at the end," Allman said.

Today's win puts Mexico City at 33-35, while Charlotte falls to 38-30.
